A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I'm a software engineer who enjoys understanding what happens behind the code, not just making things work.
I primarily work with Java and Spring Boot, building backend applications and APIs. Over time, I've also explored distributed systems, messaging, databases and cloud infrastructure. What interests me most is understanding how these pieces fit together and what makes a system reliable in practice.
I enjoy going beyond implementation: understanding why a particular approach works, what trade-offs it introduces and how a design might behave as the system grows. I believe those details often make the difference between software that simply works and software that remains maintainable over time.

Senior Engineer
Working in software engineering with a focus on backend development. Building and maintaining applications while working with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, databases, messaging systems and cloud technologies.

Worked across frontend and backend development, contributing to application development and gaining practical experience in building full-stack solutions.
Software Engineer / Laravel Developer
Worked on web application development using Laravel, building practical experience in backend development and application workflows.

Started my professional journey in application support, developing an understanding of application behaviour, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
HOW I THINK
A few principles that shape how I approach problems and build software.
Before choosing a technology or writing code, I try to understand the actual problem and the reason behind it.
Every design decision has trade-offs. I consider reliability, maintainability and how a solution will behave as requirements change.
I enjoy revisiting fundamentals, experimenting with new ideas and learning by understanding how things work in practice.
OUTSIDE THE CODE
Mountains, travel and good stories.
When I'm not working, I love travelling, especially to the mountains. There's something about being surrounded by them that makes me feel refreshed. I enjoy discovering new places, taking in the views and sometimes just getting away from the usual routine for a while.
I'm also someone who can happily spend an evening watching a good series. Once a show gets interesting, I usually find it hard to stop at just one episode! I'm equally into sports, especially football and cricket. I enjoy following matches, getting caught up in the excitement and, of course, having a few opinions about the game.
Apart from that, I enjoy good conversations, spontaneous plans and laughing over the most random things. I like a balance of exploring new things and enjoying the simple moments. Life doesn't always have to be about work and deadlines!
